Click & Collect

How it works

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order from your preferred store.

Most of our stores are offering same day Click & Collect. Check on the product page to see the timeframe for your preferred store. Please note that for same day Click & Collect you will need to place your order before 3pm.

If an item is not available in your preferred store, you can still choose Click & Collect. However, expect the timeframe to be longer as the item(s) will be sent via NZ Post to your preferred store.

Want to get your order fast?

Select your preferred stores under the delivery information on the product's page and you will see the Click & Collect timeframes for each store.

Choose Click & Collect and your preferred store during checkout and review the timeframe.

Click and Collect in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. A second email will be sent once your order is ready to be collected.

Please do not come to the store to collect your order until you receive the ready to collect email.

Step 3

Once your order is ready to collect, visit your selected Click & Collect store.

Please be aware that your order may reach our stores in multiple packages on various days. The email/s following the confirmation email will advise what is 'Ready now' and/or what is 'Still to come'.
